Job Requirements
- Experience in event, venue or destination operations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Arabic; English is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, outdoors and during peak event periods.
- A strong commitment to safety, punctuality and professional conduct.
- Teamwork, problem-solving and a customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned duties on site in line with PEAK's operating procedures and the client's requirements.
- Assist visitors and keep the environment safe, organised and welcoming.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other teams, and report incidents and issues promptly.
- Follow health, safety and quality requirements at all times.
- Take part in briefings and training before and during each event.
